After 21 days of enthusiasm, from December 1, 2024, to December 21, 2024, the SACOM JSC Internal Running Challenge 2024 successfully concluded with the active participation of all employees. This event was not only a journey of conquering physical challenges but also an opportunity to foster connections, promote a spirit of sportsmanship, and strengthen corporate culture.

Clear and Practical Objectives

The challenge was organized with the following goals:

Improving health: Enhance physical fitness and mental well-being for every individual.
Building exercise habits: Establish a healthy lifestyle and regular workout routines.
Strengthening teamwork: Encourage collaboration and mutual support within the employee community.
Developing corporate culture: Incorporate sportsmanship as a core value of SACOM JSC.

To ensure engagement and feasibility, the challenge included straightforward rules:

Female participants: A minimum of 4 km/day.
Male participants: A minimum of 5 km/day.

These requirements created a motivating yet achievable challenge for everyone involved.

Impressive Achievements

This year’s event saw 96% of employees completing the challenge, demonstrating exceptional determination and effort. Several remarkable achievements underscored the collective strength of SACOM JSC:

Men's Champion:
- Outstanding individual performance: 783.39 km.
- The winner averaged over 37 km/day, far exceeding the initial target.
Women’s Champion:
- Outstanding individual performance: 567.6 km.
- An average of over 27 km/day, showcasing perseverance and strong willpower.

In addition, many other participants also achieved impressive results, contributing to the event’s outstanding success.
